BBSI Annual Convention 2000 & ISSE 2002 & 2003
Assisted the director of trade shows and events of BBSI on site with logistics and trouble shooting both on the trade show floor (1200 booths) as well as the meeting space, registration area and education for annual convention with 20,000 - 35,000 attendees.

Quarterly Events '1999 / Regional Sales Meetings
Functioned as a liaison between the regional coordinators of five regions and the corporate presenters to accomplish five meetings in five cities over a two-week period. Confirmed all logistics regarding meeting space, food & beverage, audiovisual, and additional presenter requirements. Arranged Itinerary for all hotel accommodations and event information for each of the corporate attendees for all five locations.

Worked with the director of trade shows and events to achieve premium results in pre-show hotel negotiations and logistics. Developed a staff conference package with all show information, staff schedules, FAQ's etc. Assisted on site with logistics / trouble shooting on the trade show floor, conference meeting space and registration area.
